Commons’ vote on ticket amendments delayed

The House of Commons has been delayed in its vote on the Lords’ amendment to the Consumer Rights Bill, which seeks to limit fans’ rights to resell tickets to live events. The law, as it stands, will allow event organisers to cancel tickets if they suspect they are being resold, making it far harder for fans to sell tickets which they can no longer use.

This means that you have more time to email your MP and let them know how you feel about this important issue. While we don’t yet know when the House of Commons will be voting on this issue, we’ll be providing updates on how the campaign is going on here and through our twitter, @fanfreedomUK.
