Customer Service Guru stands up for fan rights

Customer Service Guru, a website standing up for consumers, has come out in support of Fan Freedom UK and its campaign to promote more freedom in the secondary ticket market.

They say: “While it is clear that breaking any law could have grave consequences, in this instance, so could following it. Because fans now have to put so much information online whenever they sell a ticket, event organisers will find it much easier to identify them and cancel their tickets if the terms and conditions prevent it from being sold on – as they frequently do. There is also the possibility that fans may find themselves blacklisted by the event organiser as well.”

Fan Freedom UK is delighted for this support and is continuing to seek supporters from across the political spectrum to help convince the government to repeal the secondary ticket market provisions of the Consumer Rights Act.
